Stroke measurement

The watch automatically detects swimming and allows you to analyze your swim session data in the app. It is water resistant up to 50m deep.

Sleep analysis and alarm clock

Activity Steel detects when you fall asleep and measures your sleep cycles (deep and light), waking phases and total sleep time. It wakes you up gently with its silent vibration alarm, which you can set in the Health Mate app.

Up to 8 months battery life

The Activity Steel uses a standard watch battery, which guarantees up to 8 months of autonomy. No need for a cable or thinking about recharging: you won't miss a step!

Full coaching on your phone

With automatic syncing, you can keep track of all your activity data and graphs and personal history in the Health Mate app. It also offers personalized advice and allows you to challenge your friends.

Your calorie tracker and more
